T. L. Davis was born in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, to an American father and an English mother. Overcoming a family crisis at a young age, he found solace in sports, excelling in semiprofessional soccer. His passion for literature, inspired by the works of J.R.R. Tolkien led him to write numerous poems and short stories. Davis attended Welwyn St Mary’s School and later became a disc jockey in the 1970s immersing himself in the vibrant music scene of the era. Growing up during the cultural revolution of the late 1960s and early 1970s, he experienced firsthand the influence of iconic bands like the Beatles and the Rolling Stones, as well as the excitement of Pirate Radio Stations. He also worked for British Railways, contributing to the bustling transport industry. In 1976, he moved to the USA, where he dedicated himself to a successful career in sales and retail. Now retired, Davis lives in Las Vegas with his wife, April. He has a large, loving family, including five children, fourteen grandchildren, and one great- grandchild. Drawing from his rich and diverse experiences, Davis has embarked on a journey as a writer. His debut work, Dru and the Centaur begins an extraordinarily shorter-length version of a literary series.
