Rida Jessa has been a dedicated educator for over 15 years, with a rich background spanning child psychology, early childhood education, Montessori pedagogy and Pre-12th leadership.

Her experience includes working in various educational settings across the USA, Canada, and UAE.

Holding a master’s degree in educational leadership and management, Rida is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in educational leadership.

She serves as a Vice Principal in a local, non-profit school and is passionate about the transformative power of reading.
