I’m Jacqueline Farthing Galvin, though you may also know me as Jacquie Galvin or Mama Galvin. As the President and CEO of Live Life’s Rich Moments, I’ve been on a literary journey for more than 30 years, during which I’ve self-published over 100 works spanning a wide range of genres.

My writing encompasses a range of genres, from captivating short stories and heart-pounding mystery thrillers to feature articles and vivid travel narratives. My path as an author began at an unexpected crossroads—juggling my passion for storytelling while running a freight business and thriving as a medical representative. My current mystery series includes the prequel, A Tease of Murder, and four books in the Tucker and Reggie Mystery Series – Murder for Afternoon Tea, Death in Paradise: Secrets of the Croquet Club, The Brooklands Motor Course Murders, with Strangled in the Vines releasing in September 2025, and The Broome Park Murders, releasing in 2026.

One of my most personal and meaningful works is Grace for Grant: A Journey with an Old Soul, an award-winning memoir that tells the story of my family’s journey through the heartbreaking loss of my 19-year-old son, Grant. Writing this book was both a tribute and a lifeline that continues to inspire the work I do today.
