Born and raised in New York City, Jeff attended college in Buffalo and graduated with a degree in psychology. He moved to Los Angeles, working full-time and attending law school at night. Upon admission to the California Bar, Jeff became a civil trial lawyer and, later, a partner in his law firm. Jeff’s litigation career spanned thirty-five years. Now retired, he writes fiction. Jeff’s debut book, First Second Coming, was published in August, 2020, received a Gold Award for writing excellence from Literary Titan magazine three months later, and in April of this year was nominated for the 2021 RONA Award in fantasy.
