Amena Ahmed Al-Aboud
A novelist and poet from southern Syria, born in 1973.
A teacher of Arabic language, she seeks to convey the Syrian reality in all its manifestations through words, passionate about expressing human depths through profound storytelling.

Amena is the author of the series “You Will Not Change My Fate,” which depicts the impact of the Syrian war on its protagonists through a mix of love and pain. The novel reflects the contradictions of characters who move between fear and hope, right and duty, in a turbulent world full of destruction and fragmentation. Through it, the writer offers a human portrayal of the Syrian conflict through the eyes of its characters, who experience the consequences of war and try to survive in the face of harsh reality.

She is also the author of the novel “Shelter 25,” which tells the story of a girl raised amid tragedy, reflecting her challenges between loss and hope in a world full of harsh circumstances. Amena is preparing to release two new novels in the eighth month of this year.
